SHADE was established in May 1992 by a small group of professionals with the aim of "Building a Stronger Future". 

Currently, Shade has a work force of more than 2,000 employees, and over (5) offices, to call home, and has successfully accomplished a vast aaray of projects including Bridges, Tunnels, Commercial, Industrial, and Residencial Complexes. 

Shade started as a General Contractor and developed to provide EPC, PM, CM, VE and Design/Built services to clients across the Arabian Gulf States such as Aramco, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transportation, SABIC, Maaden, Municipalities, Saudi Bahraini Causeway Authority, Water Directorate, Saudi Electric Company, Saudi Naval Forces, Qatar Petroleum and more.

Today Shade stands proud as one of the leading EPC Contractors in the region, and continues to set new goals, with higher standards to continue "Building a Stronger Future".
